American Patchwork and Quilting Podcast
Posted on September 28 2017
Big news to announce here today - I'm going to be on a podcast! And not just any podcast, it's the American Patchwork & Quilting Podcast hosted by Pat Sloan! By now you should know that I'm a big fan of Pat Sloan and all of the amazing things she creates. Well on Monday, October 2 I get to speak with her and be a guest on her super fun show. Don't worry if you miss it live, that's the beauty of a podcast. You can download it any time on iTunes and listen at your convenience: if you're folding laundry, waiting in the pickup line at school or out for a relaxing walk.
If you've never listened to a podcast before, there are some helpful tips on the American Patchwork & Quilting website.
You may want to listen to more of the episodes including the August 28 podcast with featured guest, Amy Butler. Amy Butler pretty much started my obsession with quilting with her incredible fabric designs. She's been creating fabrics and patterns for years including one of my most often sewn projects, the Birdie Sling bag. Her "Little Stitches for Little Ones" was also one of my earliest sewing books purchased.
I hope you'll give the podcast a listen and if you do, leave us a comment here and we can talk more about all things barn quilts.
